Give Health Literacy.
Help your friends and family improve their health literacy by sending them to www.say-ah.org. Or print out the Tips for Talking with Your Doctor and give them to people. And don’t forget to all your physicians and care providers about our tips and strategies for Professionals & Organizations.
Shout out for Health Literacy.
Make some noise about health literacy by holding your own health literacy campaign on Facebook or Twitter or however you connect with people. And become a fan of Say Ah! on Facebook.
Advocate for Health Literacy.
Now is the time to have health literacy be a part of health care policy. Call or write your elected officials and ask them to include health literacy programs in any upcoming health care bills. Improving health literacy is one of the cheapest, easiest, and most effective ways of improving people’s health!
